My Westie, Aimee loves visiting all of the people at CountryChase. She gives the place a two paws up as a recommendation!

Friendly staff. Vets are top notch. I started going here when I lived in Countryway. Now, I bypass at least 8 other veterinary offices on my 30 minute drive to get here from Clearwater but Ive tried other vets and these are the best.

These folks here are awesome!! Well trained and helpful staff, and the best care for all of my pets. Dogs, cats, birds & ferrets!! Clean & well equipped office, caring and dedicated Doctors and techs. I drive past 12 other vet offices and 40 minutes to take my animals here.

Such a great place. We drive about 30 minutes from Seminole Heights to get here but its really worth it. We rescued a large dog with heartworms and he has gone through his entire treatment at Country Chase. Every time we call with a question and/or complication Dr. Rubinstein (our vet) gets back to us immediately. Literally every member of the staff is familiar with our dog and they are all extremely kind and professional.

I could not be happier with my experience with this vet. Our dog got very sick about a month ago and Dr. Trakas did a ton of research and went out of her way to make sure she helped us find answers. Not to mention the care received from the moment we walk in the door. I cant say enough positive things.

I have been taking my two dogs( Labradors) to Country Chase Veterinary for the past 3 1/2 yrs.I cant say enough about the excellent care they have received.
The clinic offers both traditional and chinese medicine. My older dog has received acupuncture for her stiff and aging, hips and spine. I was amazed at how beneficial these treatments have been. She is approaching 14 and I credit the wonderful care and treatments she has received for her continued quality of life.
The Doctors,Technicians and Office Staff are courteous, professional and obviously have a true love for the animals they treat. If you are thinking of giving them a try dont hesitate!!

I began bringing my now 14-y/o Cocker Spaniel, Lexxi, to Dr. Boston when she was about 11 y/o. We had been seeing another local vet since she was 6 weeks old, but decided it was necessary to seek a second opinion when she began having several seizures every day, and our original vets only treatment alternative was phenobarbital for the remainder of her life.

I credit Dr. Boston with saving Lexxis life! She immediately determined the root causes of her seizures and treated those directly, rather than putting a Band-Aid, such as phenobarb, on the symptoms.

My husband and I have been very open to various treatments, to include acupuncture and herbal formulas, which have proven to be invaluable in Lexxis healing. We are almost 3 years SEIZURE FREE, which is HUGE for us! We have seen how effective Eastern medicine / treatments can be, and we are religious in ensuring that Lexxi gets her herbal formulas every day exactly as prescribed.

There is NO DOUBT in my mind that if we hadnt sought out Dr. Boston for a second opinion and ultimately made the switch to move Lexxi under her care, that there is no way shed still be filling our lives with joy and her silly, sweet disposition!

Thank you, Dr. Boston, for giving us many more years with our Baby Girl than we ever could have hoped for! We cherish each and every day we get to spend with her.

Country Chase Vet is outstanding! We are blessed to have had care from them over the past three years in our dogs “twilight years.” I first came upon them as I was looking for complementary care for my dogs chronic health conditions, and liked that acupuncture and herbal/nutritional therapies were offered. We first worked with the clinics founder, Dr. Jane Boston. I was very humbled by the amount of time she would spend with my dog and I at each appointment — sometimes, upwards of two hours in consultation and acupuncture. It was very apparent that her work and her clinic are a labor of love for her. We eventually became “exclusive” clients of the practice and saw most of the vets over the past few years. Our primary vet was Dr. Terri Readdy — she is the kind of vet who sits on the floor to gently examine your pet, and always respects the owners intuition and instincts. We also were blessed to receive care from Dr. Nicole Trakas, who provided compassion and love, taking her time and treating us as if we were her only patient. Dr. Brian Whitten was a respectful and gracious man, who helped us on an emergency basis, and we were grateful to know him. The staff is outstanding — most notably Susan (acupuncture tech — so awesome!!) Jenny (sweetheart), Rachel (so caring), Genobie (passionate about animals) and Tracey & Deb in the front office. They were always willing to help on a moments notice. We are so thankful to Country Chase for the outstanding care they gave us!

Country Chase Veterinary has taken care of my pet family for many years. Dr Boston took care of my animals at a previous practice and I followed her to here when we moved back into the area. I stay with them because they constantly strive to strike a balance between Eastern an Western medicine and look holistically at your animal instead of treating a symptom.

I have had really great results with Dr Boston and now Dr Teskes acupuncture plan with my allergy dog. I had spent many years going to a canine dermatologist, we did him allergy tests and we proceeded with the allergy shots to cure his ailments. They helped a bit but I finally gave up and tried acupuncture. This plus the combination of herbs has been the best thing I have every tried. I should have started here first. His allergies have been under control all summer and he is super happy not be be scratching all the time.

Outside of acupuncture, Dr. Trakas and Dr. Whitten have taken fabulous care of my two dogs. Dr Whitten just recently helped save my older dog when he was diagnosed with a spleenic mass.

As you may be able to tell i love them there. Everyone in the office welcomes you and treats you like part of the family instead of a client.

Try them, you will love them.

I absolutely love this vet! I have three parrots who are absolutely my little loves and I am VERY particular with their care.
I always get an appointment within a few days (Dr. Readdy handles the birds, and her availability is limited, so if you have cats or dogs, you can probably get in even sooner) and am always treated with respect and courtesy when I am there.
Dr. Readdy is EXTREMELY knowledgeable with avian care and health. I am always confident with her advice.
Lets face it, its never fun to spend money for a veterinary visit. But I NEVER fret because I walk away with excellent information that makes me a better pet-owner. Dr. Readdy always takes her time with my birds and is very thorough. I never feel like Im being rushed so she can get on with the next patient.
I live in Land OLakes and make the 45 minute drive because it is ABSOLUTELY worth it to be worry-free with my babies. The office is very clean and in a beautiful area-plenty of parking.
Highly, highly HIGHLY recommend this office!
